There was a miscommunication about whether the water had been turned back on which caused me to take a half day off from work to turn the water back on at the meter. Before I got a chance to call the PlumbServe office and tell them off, the owner called me and asked me to explain the situation. I did, and I was not very polite about it. He calmly apologized for the miscommunication, and offered to repair the leaking water line for free He got one of his plumbers out to me right away and got the repair done quickly, efficiently, and correctly. Every company will make mistakes from time to time, and that can’t be avoided. As a customer, what you want is a company that will make things right when they make a mistake, and PlumbServe absolutely does that, even when it costs them.
