On the morning of the appointment, Matt gave me a call to say he'd be there shortly and then showed up promptly thereafter. The replacement went smooth and I'm no expert but I'd say he did a great job. I'd guess it took him over an hour to complete the job (which made it nice to be at home and be able to carry on with my own duties in the meantime). "We continue to get offers for 2 windows for the price of one. When we did the initial checking it out we figured out they had the best windows and best deals. We never had any problem dealing with them they came out on time. Everything was done perfectly. They did come back and redo a window that was like an 1/8 of inch gap at the bottom and they came right out and replaced it.  Both times they did all the windows in 2 days and they were fairly large double glazed they got done much quicker than i thought they could. When they came out the first time they did a check to make sure there was no lead in the paint on the outside of the house that they were disturbing.
