"Ken has an eye for detail and he was able to articulate repairs need to keep your unit running for the long term. His work leaves no stone left unturned and his repair recommendations are based on integrity. I was very happy with the maintenance work and the additional repair that was required. I plan to have him back for because he gave me a fair price on a UV light and air purifier."

"Fontana Brothers responded to my Carrier Air Conditioner issue, Andre was very patience and seemed to be very knowledgeable. A solution involved the ordering of parts and which was handled quickly. The parts resolved my issues. It great to discover in this present world that excellent customer service is still provided."

"Although I was pleased with the initial installation, I feel they let me down somewhat with follow-up service. When A/C is out in Florida, it's a big deal, and the customer expects rapid response. I did not receive call backs in a timely manner. In addition, I learned after hiring a different company for repairs that Larry Pearson's team incorrectly wired one of our two new A/C units during the initial install. This resulted in a false error code being sent by the unit. This review updates an earlier, more positive one."

"Unique installed a new HVAC system in February and it's been running like a champ. This was time for our biyearly maintenance. Our service tech was Felix and he was informative, helpful, and very courteous. Everything checked out (there was a minor problem that he repaired; no charge). Felix was FANTASTIC!"

"Marcus is incredibly professional and personable. He fully explained the problem with my furnace in a way that was easily understandable. He located the part he needed, went and got it, and returned here in good time. He fixed my furnace and it is now working like new. Marcus is an asset to ABC. I also, as always, am impressed with and happy with service I received from ABC. They tell you up front what it is going to cost you and there are never any surprise fees. I would never use anyone other than ABC to maintain or repair my furnace, air conditioning, or plumbing."

"The technician quickly identified the problem after testing. Very effective customer communication skills. Timely and prompt service. Job completed 100%."

"Quick service. Very professional tech (John) explained his findings and the repairs need to solve the problem. He also explained what was needed to prevent future problems. We decided on a plan to get the work done. John had all the parts needed in his van and the work was completed in a timely fashion the same day. We are highly pleased with PLAN B A/C service and will use them again in the future."

"Everything from the estimate to the install was way beyond expectations. We had our central A/C replaced with a new Trane system. The price was great....in fact the same Trane was about $500 more from another company! The install went smoothly. They even arrived early to the install. Very nice installers, explained things as they went. They cleaned up any mess they made. The whole process took maybe 2-2 1/2 hours. Now the system is so quiet I don't even notice the A/C kicking on or off for that matter. Overall great experience and an awesome Warranty. I highly recommend them. They made another lifelong customer here!"

"I had a great experience with hometown heating and air. The gentleman who came out was professional and very knowledgeable. I appreciated how he was able to explain what was wrong with my unit and I was able to upgrade to a new duct system. This was done in a timely manner as well."

"I have ARS do all my A/C work. This was actually for a maintenance check of the system. Technician, Flogert Mihaj, is very nice, respected my property, knowledgeable, and explained what was or wasn’t found. Their customer service people, Madison, made sure I had Flogert come, as I’ve dealt with him many times before."
