"This company placed debris on sidewalks where the entire subdivision keeps sidewalks clear for our children to walk safely. They responded to my email saying “ I'm sorry and I can understand your frustration, but that is the designated drop zone for all debris including the sidewalk as FEMA has stated you're more than welcome to go onto orange county or Seminole county office and take a look, but they have already started sending people to clean up. You have a wonderful and blessed day. now company is using FEMA for a free clean up and the neighborhood has to deal with this mess until debris removal. this is not a storm matter. It’s a normal tree removal with no damage or other issues from storms. This company or home owner taking advantage of storm to get a free clean up of debris at tax payers expense. Company owner tanner Ryan speaks highly of himself (I'm gonna leave you a number you're more than welcome to give them a call I have a certified arborist on my crew as well as a very organized company and I've been in business for 14 years. I'm a very knowledgeable and understanding of how the industry works. I'm a first responder and I donate to our county. There is nothing that I can do. It will be picked up by the county at this point. Have a blessed day.)but shows his true colors when leaving his customers with an eyesore to deal with. He stays there is nothing to do in his own email. When there is, he can come and clear the sidewalk for our neighborhood residence to be safe from walking in the streets. He states an email the entire state of Florida is like this or as that is so far from the truth. He is the only one in Casselberry that has left a mess like this."

"We used this company to have a completely new a/c unit and thermostat installed in fall of 2018. They were more than helpful at the time and so we called them for a return visit as our unit had been abruptly shutting off upwards of 30 times per day. They were prompt to send a technician out however that was where the professionalism met. Mike, the tech was at the house for an hour, could not diagnose the problem, and basically told us "that he had been there for an hour and he has other calls to make" he slammed the door in our faces when we questioned his inability to diagnose the problem and what our next steps would be. We ended up calling a different company recommended by the manufacturer of the A/C unit that was installed, that service call was cheaper, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem and A/C has been running with no problems since."

"The service provided was above and beyond my expectation. I had a bathroom exhaust fan installed which required cutting holes in the drywall/ceiling and drilling holes through the concrete wall to vent the exhaust fan. He provided excellent and professional service and consultation. There were many instances where he could have charge me a lot more but he honestly informed me if it was required or could wait. I would DEFINITELY hire him again and HIGHLY recommend his services."

"Absolutely WONDERFUL! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was as nice, and helpful as could be.. (I was sobbing when he called.. after a horrific 3 days, and coming home to my house that was 95 degrees inside) He comforted me, and reassured me they would be there, and not to worry any more. And the two gentlemen that came diagnosed the problem immediately! My thermostat wasn't working. The men changed it out, and shortly after that, my AC was blasting. I cannot thank JBC ENOUGH!"

"TLDR: Keep to small jobs. I was looking to remodel bathroom for labor only, & HC came in as the lowest bidder. I had already bought fixtures & would buy tile. HC gave me a list of what else to buy. The first worker was messily doing questionable quality work & taking longer than estimated to do it. It took another worker refusing to put their name on it for HC to take my concerns about quality seriously. Got a new person in who demoed everything to start over. I truly appreciate the effort of this redo (hence 2-star), & it was going much better, if with some cosmetic concerns later on. Then got hit with a change order- for an understandable found issue, but also for tile style (I was told wouldn't change cost). I also had to buy more than was HC's initial list, & had descoped to help offset cost. I'm left with an over-budget bathroom that is functional with rushed cosmetic issues, 3 weeks late with my house a mess, & a list of To-Dos to finish/fix the scope they didn't get to."
