They came out the day after Christmas, when their office was still closed for the holidays. My husband is in a wheelchair, so digging up our floors was not an option. They were all courteous and respectful of our home. They finished on budget and we couldn’t be more appreciative."

"Initial visit was not good. Jose was condescending and not understanding the situation. Second visit included the branch manager. While they spent a lot of time, I was quoted $1700+ to “fix” the issue. Turns out Jose misdiagnosed the bathroom venting problem. Said venting never went anywhere and needed to cap it off in the attic. While I am not a plumber, I saw the situation- pipes had come apart from the junctions. No investigation- it was completely apparent. So either incompetent or fraudulent, do NOT use this company."
