"I must say that I read the reviews and was impressed by them. That was my sole reason for choosing Eastern Glass Block. I spoke with Ron (the owner) who immediately set up a time for someone to come do measurements which was February 25th at 12. That morning Ron called and asked if it could possibly be pushed back til 1:30. That was fine with me. The gentleman was slightly late but it was due to traffic which I completely understand. He told me Ron had fussed at him but he had tried his best to get there on time. He was very nice and had me laughing. I spoke back to Ron after the measurements who gave me the price and stated his guys would be there March 1st. I was very happy with the date because I desperately needed the windows and thought it may take longer. On that morning Ron called to let me know what time the installers (Pedro and Carlos) would be there. They were definitely on time and were very friendly. Once the work was completed, I was asked to make sure it was done the way I wanted it. I was and am very happy and pleased with the look and overall professionalism from Ron and his workers. "This is my second experience with Castle Windows. In 2017, I had Castle install three doors and six windows. I had Kenny from Castle Windows - Mechanicsburg stop by and gave me a good price for my remaining eight windows before Christmas 2022. Project manager, Nick, stopped by for the measurements and addressed an issues with two windows from my previous install, which are being resolved with the warranty. Just had the remaining windows installed in February 2023 and they look great! Great experiences with Castle Windows and I would refer them to anyone."

"Excellent, from start to finish.  Salesman was punctual and gave my wife and I a laugh as he went through all of the other schtick that the other sales folks had used (the heat lamp trick, the fake call to the manager, the 'sign in the yard discount', etc.).  The installation process was seamless.  Although it took several months to schedule the install after the order, the install date was never moved and the promise of a two day install was kept.  The installers were exceptional - the lead worker was a true craftsman and did a wonderful job converting two old, broken sash windows into a significant bow window with side casements.  These guys worked efficiently and cleanly.  After enduring one of the coldest winters in recent NE PA  history, I can say that the windows certainly provided us with tremendous comfort and energy savings. Now, truth be told, they aren't the absolute highest possible quality replacement windows that one could buy (for example, the frame of the Anderson's seemed more considerable in its construction) - if you have a very high end home, they might not be the place for you.  But at 1/3 the total price of Anderson Replacement (our entire job was equal to the estimated cost of just the bow with the Anderson replacement company!), with a tranditional mid-century home, we were very content.  Please beware the many hucksters and scammers out there - WW will give you the straight scoop - you know exactly what you are getting, when you are getting it and what the price is (it is printed on the order form!  ask some of the other guys to show you their price sheets!).  Great to work with and we will use them again when we add two additional windows to our living room.  Also, we used a coupon from Angie's List - no hassle at all! <br />"
