We would definitely call Wally again. He and his team have the capability to do a variety of work. They just so happen to be “water in basement experts,” which is how we found them. The sump pump was our overwhelming need; we asked Wally to replace some outdoor shutters and fix our lamp post when he was here examining our basement before giving us a sump pump estimate. He completed all three jobs with his assistant over two days."

"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

We used them for a large job to frame, drywall, spackle and trim the attic plus fit doors for storage spaces. They were response to our request for a quote, provided a clear break-down so we had full transparency of the costs and could select the amount of work we wanted to do at this time. Juan and Isaias were very friendly but professional. Isaias was onsite through the framing, drywall, trim work and door installation. "Matt, the owner, was on time, worked with precision and assisted in colors. He explained to us his techniques, as well as, why they would work. He was prompt and wanted to make sure we where satisfied with his work. He placed drop cloths all over the areas he was working and cleaned the areas when he was finished. I never knew someone was working in my house. He fixed settlement cracks in our foyer and bathroom, to the point, that you would never know there where settlement cracks. We installed a new kitchen and he helped color coordinate to compliment the new cabinets and backsplash. My husband is a perfectionist in everything he does and was constantly complementing Matt with his work. We will bring Matt back for other painting jobs, as well as, highly refer him to friends and family."

Steve was knowledgeable about working on old homes and brought in equally knowledgeable plumbers and electricians. We had a clear timeline from the beginning and we were kept updated.
