"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. I'm very pleased with this service and would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others!"

"<p>Crew arrived at 8am and immediately got to work, they had to clear hard crusted snow off the roof, One very nice young man came to the door introduced himself and explained the days work. They had the entire roofing done by 4pm. The cleanup was excellent as they walked the perimeter of house looking for any debris a number of times along with sweeping the driveway and walk way. Throughout the day they kept the work area neat and after leaving nothing was left behind except a very satisfied customer. The next day a young man returned to place a new gutter along with soffit facia wrap around flat roof. Another courteous worker who did top quality work. "Steve and His worker, Will. Installed a Chimney liner for me on Saturday. My Insurance company advised me to fix the bricks on the Chimney, then put in a liner. This was a last minute job, that needed to be done. I ordered the Liner, and called Steve to see when he would be able to put it in for me. I was expecting him to say that he was too busy and wouldn't be able to get to it until it was warmer. Steve told me he would come over and look at the job. Then He said, Will you be ready Saturday? I <br /> said, This Saturday? He said, Yes, This Saturday. He was concerned about the cold weather, and the advise of the Insurance agent. He didn't want to leave us without the use of the Chimney, or the Heater. Steve Showed up Saturday Morning, Fixed the brick, then installed the liner. He said, It was no problem, and that he wanted to get it done before it was too cold outside. Thank you Steve and Will, for a great job. <br />"

"They installed the tile on the floor and supposed to come back to wipe the haze off and then seal. When we called to see when he will come back, he said on Monday at 10:30am. I waited home all day and he never showed or called. When I called him he said he forgot he was off Monday, he meant Tuesday. However, he never showed up on Tuesday, came on Friday. After wiping down we said the grout looks messy and the color is off, there were some skinny lines and some thick and not straight, he said you can wipe it with a wet towel and it will come off. We said can you come here and do it...why should we have to scrub the floor since we paid to get it done. We felt there was alot of bullcrap words....the job was not left nice, clean, professional the way we thought it would be. It took 1-1/2 months for him to offer a regrout and never apologized for the crappy job they did to begin with. We have used him about 5 years ago and he did do a great job, but I dont know what happened to his professionalism and honesty and detail to his work. Losing trust in him, my husband and I thought we would take the challenge to do the grout ourselves and glad we did. <br /> <br />Its ashame he didnt do a great job since we had so many other jobs for him to do. We will need to find someone else :( <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"
