"The guys who did the work were polite, but there are things that need to happen at the end of /any/ work done in almost every arena; when wrapping up, check /all/ connections. It was late and so dark when their work was finished (and, they had another call to go to, afterward) they couldn't see to properly check the work they'd done. The gas inspector wouldn't pass things the way they were. The CS rep got one of the techs back out the day after Thanksgiving and he fixed one of the problems.
