I did 3 colors (body, trim, & doors) and 2-3 coats ( primer, finish, elastomer on trim). mountains of caulk (2 boxes full of tubes). Painters worked hard and quick finishing the whole thing in 3 days with excellent communication. I will be using Dany again."

His crew came in and did an excellent job on both bedrooms. They had to repair some holes in the walls and I wanted the closets painted also. The rooms look GREAT! We bought a pre-owned home and most of the rooms already had crown molding, but we decided to have the remainder of the house finished as well.  To begin with we had crown molding installed, painted and caulked in two rooms - the office and the guest bedroom.  I am a perfectionist and we could not be more pleased.  Dana and his staff are very professional.  They exceed  expectations.  Lindsey is great from the initial appointment until the job is complete.  And Cassie is an artist in her field.  They want the customer to be completely happy with the job.  We are scheduling them to come out again after the first of the year to complete a difficult job in the master bathroom.  We highly recommend I Crown Homes for your crown molding projects.

We also are taking this opportunity to rescind our review of last May, after a number of unfortunate issues resulted in our canceling this crown molding project and getting our money refunded.  This fall we decided to try it again, and we are certainly glad we did!

"Everything went FANTASTIC. The workers are truly artists. Our floor was 20 x 20 tile laid diagonally. Looks absolutely beautiful - much better than I could imagine. Entire home was tiled except for the master bedroom. New molding was also put down. That also looks fantastic. Shower, toilet, flooring and tub ripped out and replaced."

"The provider patched up my holes but the drywall doesn't match the original dry wall that well. I ended up removing the popcorn ceiling by someone else so the ceiling looks good now.

I called them this morning and spoke to the owner, John. He said they were running a special on replacing garage door springs. I had checked other places and his price was the best. His technician, Michael, came promptly, within the two hour window. Michael was very nice and explained everything as he was repairing the door.

While I was in the garage with him, my two year old granddaughter, locked the dead bolt to the door and I could not get back in the house. We banged, pleaded and yelled, but we could not hear her. I was worried something had happened to her! Michael volunteered to drill the lock out at no cost. He did so and we got back in right away and found her scared, but safe. He even swept up the metal pieces from the drilling!

I am very grateful to Michael and to his company for wonderful service above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Michael, and Advantage very much!

"They were going to charge for part of the estimate and so I decided not to use them because of that. The estimate was pretty high. I had the job done and it was probably almost half the price they were going to charge but they were local contractors through a realtor company that I deal with. The sounded like they knew what they were doing, it sounded like they would have done the job pretty nicely but the were rather high plus hey were going to charge for giving me a proper estimate. They couldn't give me a proper estimate because I wouldn't pay the fee for the estimate. It was about 8 to $900."
