We chose Miller s on the basis of competitive price; three year warranty on chipping, cracking or fading; asphalt repair of potholes, and unlimited crackfill vs. limited with price/ft. from other bidders. Due to the age of our lot and driveways, the job req d more sealer than originally estimated. We discussed and agreed to a reasonable additional charges and final price. Our lot, striping and driveways look great. More in the future re: three year warranty if we need it. I would recommend Miller s for sealcoating."
