"Peter did an excellent job tuning up my A/C system. He was extremely diligent in making sure my A/C unit was up to speed for cooling for the upcoming summer weather. I know I will most likely need a new system installed in the near future as this one is on it's last legs. I know who to call when I need a new A/C unit installed and it will be Peter!"

"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"I purchased new AC systems for both my home and later my deli/catering company. I found Total Comfort to be dependable in providing clear quotes, punctual in meeting deadlines and surprisingly great in following up with service. This is not to say there was not a minor problem or two. After my home system was installed, the system stopped functioning due a problem with the drainage. Of course, this happened on a a Saturday evening and during a heat wave. I called their emergency service and actually got a live person who informed me that the owner of the company, Wendall, would be there himself first thing Sunday morning to look at situation. He did show up early Sunday, crawled into the attic for 1.5 hours and fixed the problem. Needless to say, I was impressed with this level of service. Let's face it, it is not easy to find great service with most contractors these days. I would recommend Total Comfort for any residential or commercial job."

"Their service was great and they were very helpful!"

"I whole heartedly recommend Airco. Their team was experienced, skillful, friendly and professional throughout the duration of this job, from Joe's first visit to my home to discuss air conditioning options to Derek and Cam's final touches on the duct system. I had complete confidence in them, as well as in Steve, Danny, Frank and Patrick. Additionally, Airco's connections to MassSave and Commerce Bank meant financing and payment options to suit my budget. No more hauling loud and heavy window a.c. units up from the basement. Instead, I am enjoying consistent cooling throughout my home with no noise whatsoever. I am a very happy customer!"

"My main service person, Kevin, came in and immediately put on booties. He explained that he would assess the problems and then show me my options and present the costs. When he showed me the options, I was initially surprised by the rates and prices which seemed high to me. Kevin clearly explained the best and worst case scenarios and gave me many options for choosing what work I wanted to do given what I could afford. Another service person, Ari, came to work on the upstairs tub clogged drain. As they were both working upstairs, water started coming through the kitchen ceiling. They immediately halted and came downstairs to help. They placed bowls underneath the dripping areas and then put down a dropcloth. They had to open the ceiling to see where the water was coming from and it was clear that the ceiling was soaked and had been wet for some time. They found a pipe with a big, rusted and corroded hole that was the source of the water. They replaced the pipe and also snaked the line to clear the clog. Kevin replaced the shower valve and installed a new (and better) shower head. Kevin fixed the leaking kitchen faucet. Before they left, they cleaned up every speck and left the upstairs bathroom and kitchen areas cleaner than they were when they arrived. I also have to mention that it was pouring rain throughout the day, and when they had to go out to their trucks they never failed to put on their booties when they came back inside my house. Throughout the day (they were here all day), they were both pleasant, polite and completely professional. Although it cost me more that I had hoped, it was all work that had to be done and I am very pleased with the quality of the work and personnel. I would recommend them."

"Marcin was very professional and attentive. He was great at communicating and was very quick to respond. They removed an old hot water tank and installed the new tankless system. I would highly recommend his services. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!"

"Diagnosis and repair were straightforward and the talented Mike, who has done other great work for us on our ACs, had a replacement pump in his truck. Swapped over in under an hour. Cost of the repair was quite high, mainly due to very high price they charged for the pump. A Taco pump that I could buy for $175 was priced on this repair at more than $500. I get that it was an urgent situation and I’m happy to pay reasonably for the response but that mark-up bothered me. I called the office, had a long talk with the owner; sadly, she offered no consideration at all. Yes, it’s hard to find and keep skilled techs, but now seems that most HVAC firms have a business model like a car dealer’s service dept, far more corporate, less flexible or customer-considerate."
