"Rob and Ben were wonderful. Listened to my requests and concerns for an installation without cutting into walls or ceilings unless really necessary. They explained carefully and completely how they would proceed to determine if the connections could be added to all the rooms I desired and with little or no extra holes in the rooms. They were able to successfully install all 5 connections with only one additional connection plate in one room where it was needed. They thoroughly tested each connection. Then when all passed their testing, they had me test to my satisfaction. All connections worked completely and very well. They even helped me get Netflix working on my smart TV since it now has its own ethernet connection. I am so pleased with their professionalism in listening to my needs and concerns, explaining well so I could understand what they would do and doing it all very well and cleaned up completely after they were done.
