"We contacted Advantage Plumbing through Angie's List to get a quote on installing 3 new toilets, getting a leaky shower fixed and seeing if they could diagnose a noisy pipe problem. They were one of the few to respond and give us a quote and options and a time frame when work could be done. We scheduled a time and Mike came in within his quoted time and started work. After getting 2 toilets that we purchased installed, he found after he installed the 3rd that the toilet itself was faulty and leaking. Being in a bind, Mike was able to purchase a new toilet for us, verifying that it was good before purchase, and get it installed. He fixed our leaky shower and repaired our faucet(that we installed). He explained how the old leaking toilets was the cause of the noisy pipe problem and that we shouldn't have a problem any more. Later on we found that our kitchen faucet still had a leak. We contacted Mike and he came in and told us that the original install(by us non-professionals) was not done properly. When we originally installed the faucet we did not do a great job which is why, when he initially repaired it, it broke shortly after the repair. Mike installed a new faucet that we purchased and even offered to refund us part of the fee because it was not repaired properly the first time. A true professional, knowledgeable plumber. We would hire again without hesitation."

"Major Drain made quick work of cleaning my main drain. They really know what they are doing and my place was nice and clean when they left. I couldn't possibly have rented an auger and done the job as well. I do a lot of home remodelling and I know when it makes sense to call the pros in their field."

"I had a break in a line coming from my house that created a big mess on the side of my house over the weekend. Water was everywhere! Cody came out Monday and assured me he could do the repair. He not only did a great job of fixing it but he filled in the area around the repair where the leak had washed away the dirt. The bonus was that it was covered under warranty. Quality work, courteous and fast response!"

"Install a new water heater. AWESOME. They have my business for life. Forget the rest....they are the best."

"We received excellent service. They were available the same day. They actually stopped by Menards and picked up the water heater. Installed it and hauled away the old one. Reasonable prices too."

"Overall, was very pleased with results. Recently had to replace defective tub spout and cartridge. Encountered an issue with spout replacement. Had a verbal agreement that customer supplied spout, shower head and single handle assembly would be covered under life time warranty. Since it was not written down on contract, Rebath indicated customer supplied parts were not covered even though sales indicated it would be covered verbally. However, Rebath did order part (it was under Moen lifetime warranty) and installed part. Rebath did offer to assist with future claims, if needed, with customer supplied parts needing replacement."

"Replaced the part and works great"

"I have been with them for a long time, but I do not like the trend that I am seeing. Their coverage is starting to be less and less. They are quick, and they will respond. The quality of what they do is good, just getting them to do it is the problem. Its more out of pocket than it use to be. I didn't like last time, I had a repair done on an air conditioner. The out of pocket was much as when I had the entire air conditioner replace. I asked how much did they pay the contractor. I asked if I paid them, and they didn't. That set me off. That is how I felt. I can't confirm it, and it gave me a feeling there was something shady going on. It was them or their contractor's that didn't do something by board. What I am hearing around no one is any better."
