"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. My husband and I had never tried the fireplace before, this is our second winter here. The home also has central heat which is what we used last winter. The technician was very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. He tried some things and asked some questions. It turned out that there is an unusual way to light the fireplace due to some attempted transition by a previous owner that was not completed. He showed me how to light the fireplace. It is perfectly safe and he resolved the issue that I had in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend this comapny and technician (Jerimiah) to anyone needing help with their fireplace.
