Price was the most reasonable of all highly ranked companies primarily due to Augustine’s willingness to only replace rotted fascia with new wood. Their 10-year warranty provided peace of mind. "We contacted Peak needing a new metal roof that was partly covered by an insurance claim. They quickly sent out an estimator who was extremely helpful in pointing out the issues with our old roof as well as huge help with understanding and dealing with our insurers. We settled on Peak after getting multiple estimates. They arrived on site when they said they would with a large crew of polite, friendly workers and a foreman who seemed to appreciate being asked about the process. It has been several months since completion, and we are extremely pleased with both the quality of the roof and the workmanship. Their innovated threshold design should protect from damage for years and the new front door looks great and operates perfectly. It looks so much better than a slider and the new installation was expertly insatlled."

"We had Power Home Remodeling replace our roof in 2014, which had extensive mold damage. Salesmen were courteous and not pushy, and the installation went smooth as expected. With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great.
