He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. So in total, we had everything fixed within 10 days of our first call. Hugh also gave us pictures of all the repairs, walking us through what he and his team accomplished. I like that they took the time to do things right and letting me know when something was previously installed wrong, i.e. bathroom vanity not attached to the wall. You expect having to clean up after a project, but they always cover things up, put down floor protection, and constantly clean/vacuum.
