"Jeremy is AWESOME! My Maytag electric dryer wouldn't turn on. For more than a week, I tried working with another service to get the dryer repaired. They cancelled appointments twice. I found JC Appliance Services on Angi and was impressed by the reviews. Jeremy responded to my voicemail within minutes and carved out time the sane day to look at my dryer. He diagnosed the issue quickly (blown fuse within the dryer) and repaired it quickly...at a price less than half of what the other service quoted. I recommend Jeremy highly. If you need appliance repair or installation or plumbing work, contact him. He is fast, professional, courteous (he wore a face mask at my request since my wife is immune-compromised), and fair. "It was not an easy job at all, but the patience and clear instructions of Wally C. from Neli Virtual Appliance Repair made it possible, and successful. Experience with tools and mechanical assembly required for my tasks, but Wally thought I could do it and he was right. If I couldn't complete the repair, I would have at least been sure of the diagnosis when I engaged a repair service. Money well spent either way. It's a brave new world!"

"we hired JUSTIN to fix our washer which would not gointo the wash cycle. He arrived promptly and got to work immediately within a short time he diagnosed the problem and showed us the broken part to be replaced. He ordered the part from the parts house and returned the NEXT DAY to install it. His price was VERY REASONABLE and he said we should have many more years of service from our wash machine. "Tim and his son were fantastic. I called him on a Thursday night and he was out first thing Friday morning to replace an old hot water heater that had leaked. Over the weekend I discovered that the new hot water heater was not heating, so I called him on Monday morning to ask him to take a look. He had booked a full day but showed up Monday evening - at the end of a long day of work - to troubleshoot. It turned out that the problem wasn't his fault, rather a peculiarity of my rather old house. Nonetheless he and his son insisted on fixing the problem so the hot water heater worked, all for no charge. I can't recommend this company highly enough. This kind of service is hard to find these days."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Lee was eager to please and worked hard but I needed him to come back after leak continued to try other things and ultimately finish what was started. I had my house painter complete the sealing of the dormer window but ceiling still not patched and he never returned or followed up on the work ultimately. It was sometimes hard to get him to come over as he was too busy on other projects. With a leak it needs to be looked at when it is happening. I won't know if it still leaking till a big storm returns again (soon)."
