"Pros: The employee who did the work did a great job, he was left alone to work on the house most days and only had help for a short period. They worked with the customer to pick a plan and did not force anything without agreement of the customer. Cons: Was difficult to work with when something changed. Their electrical contractor misquoted codes and when brought up that I didn't want him doing the work (as he was attempting to charge an additional $4,000.00 to move the breaker box that was not necessary) it was difficult to have the estimate reflect that work was not being done. It appears that they do not have a cost per line estimate system that they can provide to the customer if requested. Also it seemed as though they took his job as a second job to do when they didn't have something better. There were times that I wondered if the contractor would even show up and what was quoted as a 7 day job ended up taking close to 6 weeks. Also have not finished adding the privacy glass in the bathroom window as was ordered. They advised the window store messed up and they would be out to fix the problem, this was approx 1 month ago and I haven't heard anything to date. Overall - Good Builders but don't plan to have great communication or the job completed on the timeline they gave."

"We hired Topaz Remodeling and Yoni for a home addition to create a bigger living room and extra bedroom. The project involved framing, roofing, and major structural work - and Yoni handled it like a pro. He stayed on top of scheduling, inspections, und kept us updated every step of the way. The new space blends seamlessly with our original house. We are beyond happy with the results!"

"We have been hiring Chris with Restoration Solutions for several years and for multiple projects and I can confidently say you can trust Chris to do a phenomenal job! We have had him do work on not only our place, but our parent's places and our sibling's place. He suggests good ideas and is a very fast worker. He is prompt and thorough. You will not be disappointed if you hire Chris at Restoration Solutions!"

"Excellent work on my major water damage repair job. Gary and his crew are superb craftsmen, and the final result was great. Very professional company and worth the cost to get the job done right. Would recommend this company, I’m very grateful to have hired them!"

"Our guest bathroom was small and dated, and we needed help figuring out what would work in it. The team helped with planning and design, including a vanity that made better use of the space. It feels brighter and much more comfortable now. We'd gladly refer them to anyone planning an upcoming construction project."

"Iconiq Construction Service renovated our bathroom beautifully. Their team was professional, detail-focused, and efficient. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and we are thrilled with the stunning results. Highly recommended!"

"As a member of my condo board we had such a difficult time finding a trustworthy and professional roofing company. We sat with multiple companies only to be left feeling more confused and frustrated by each of them, until we had the pleasure of meeting Elijah team at Near Me Roofing Company. They were so professional and prepared for all our questions and concerns, but what really impressed us was that they held to their word, on time tables, budgeting and most important the quality of work. I would Highly recommend this company."

"I was very impressed with the service we received. He let me know what he was doing throughout the bathroom project. He is very reliable and did quality work for us. We will hire him again for future projects in our home. I definitely recommend this company for good quality in workmanship and dependability. Linda O."

"Ari promised us to complete our project (which included kitchen, guest bath, master bath, laundry room and deck) in 6 weeks. They were done early and we're very pleased with the results. The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed. We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling. Pictures attached."

"My home has gone from my first home to my forever home. They remodeled almost the whole interior of my home (Master bath, guest bath, living room, kitchen, bonus room, & guest room). It was a large project. CJ and his crew did an amazing job! CJ took my vision and made it into a reality. I had met with two other contractors. CJ pricing was reasonable, and the crew was friendly - which made Cedarbrooks the best choice. My dog even liked them! Strongly recommend for any size project inside and outside of your home."
