"I was contacted immediately after selecting Proactive Systems Solutions. Mr. Winston called and I immediately felt comfortable aa if I was speaking with an old friend or family member and he was 100% professional. I explained my issue with the laptop and he immediately told me the possible issues from the simplest fix to the complex possibility. I asked for a quote and he told me his hourly rate, which was surprisingly reasonable. He came to my home to see if he could repair it there, but had to take it to his shop. He didn't hold onto it unnecessarily to uncharged me or anything. I was given a detailed explanation of the issue with my laptop and how it was resolved. This was my first time using Angi for any type of service and I was extremely pleased. I will be reaching out again and referring to everyone I know about this pro. I wish I could give him more stars. Thank you!"

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Naveet Gill transferred quickly and easily all information from my existing laptop to my new state-of-the- art laptop. He also set up a black & white and color printer. I highly recommend him for the easiest to most difficult computer tasks. He is more than qualified to handle the most challenging of computer issues."

"I was told to call All American Solutions. I did and was connected Mr. Bob Feltman. He is a wonderful, brilliant, and smart man. He was patient with me as he walked me through the steps I needed to do. Because of surgery I just had my mouth area was numb and swollen making it hard for me to speak correctly. Bob was such a love. For 2 1/2 days he diligently worked cleaning up, removing all of the ware's, and trash out of my computer. Then everything had to be reinstalled. I was extremely pleased with his work and knowledge. I would totally recommend All American Solutions to anyone that has a computer problem big or small. To me their price of $99.00 total was most reasonable. Al Newton."

"Went very well.....scheduled appointment at my convenience, was on time, and worked very quickly.  Showed what work he did.  I waited a couple of weeks before submitting this report to make sure I had no further issues.   Computer works fine and problem resolved.  I would use My Computer Buddy again.
Very professional.....explained everything he was going to do.
