"This is the 4th time I have used Precision Painting and I was once again very pleased with the results. Original contract was to paint 4 exterior doors. The day they were doing the doors, as an after thought, I asked if they would also do the yard light pole and they did it as well. They thoroughly scrapped, sanded, and primed all the surfaces. They went so far as to completely remove a screen door with the frame to be able to paint under it. It closes better now than before they took it off! Chad's suggestion for the accent color on the front door trim would not have occurred to me, but it looks great. The 2 man crew completed the job by mid afternoon of the day they started painting. Very professional group. The will be doing all of my interior rooms this winter. Highly recommend them. <br /> <br />"

"I answered the door and he asked what the problem was. I told him we had had some leaks and hail damage from several years ago, and that I, in my small knowledge, felt I might need a replacement. He told me point blank that he didn't think that I would need a new roof, because mine looked clean, and suggested repairing it. He then took a look at my roof. I went up with him, and he pointed to where the leak was (some flashing on some pipes) he took out some caulk and fixed it for me on the spot. He surveyed my hail damage and said "I'll be honest, I am in the business of selling roofs, but you don't need a replacement." I was floored. I asked him how long until he thought I would need a new roof. He said anywhere from 2 to 5 years. He then told me I would come out and check next spring, and if it needed it then he would submit his bid then, (unless I wanted to give him my money to do it now *he laughed*). I asked him how much he would need for the repair and he said nothing. Now, I don't want you dear reader to assume he does this regularly (free repairs) because normally he charges, but he said it was so minor that it was on the house. This guy really wants his customers to be happy and stay his customers, which is the BEST thing for a person you pay to want. <br /> Needless to say, I will go with him when my roof <em>does </em>need replacement. <br />"
