"â Ken and his whole crew have been nothing but amazing to work with. This was a very long process for me as there were several zoning issues that I had to work through with the county. It took about a year to deal with the county and Ken and his crew were more than helpful during this process. They were as much vested in this project as I was and helped me navigate and were part of all the tedious hearings and paperwork that the county threw at meâ to get a variance and add onto an existing detached garage. If I ever had a question about something Ken was very quick to respond and was very direct and honest in the whole process. Once the county issued a permit they started immediately and I had a large garage built in about a month. I was more than pleased with his building timeline, price, and quality of the build. All of the delays were due to the county not because of Affordable Garages. Affordable garages have to be one of the best if not the best contractor for garages in the state! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking."

They handled everything from estimating to working with my HOA and insurance company so I didn't have to deal with that headache. Everyone I have dealt with from Trio was friendly and they informed me of every step. I love how everything came out and I have them scheduled to come back out in July to build my dream deck so I can enjoy this summer outside. Definitely give these guys a call. "If you're looking for pros who will do outstanding work using high quality materials, then Baker Building Solutions is definitely worth talking to. They redid my family room, putting in a large new fireplace with a beautiful stone surround, walnut shelving with lighting, and custom walnut cabinets. They replaced the top of a pony wall separating the family room and the kitchen with a walnut bar top. Very durable and waterproof. Finally, the replaced my stair railings, banisters, and associated trim. Again with walnut. The result is spectacular and catches the eye of all who have seen it."

"We had Will do some work for us in the past. The work was completed, not in a very timely manner, but was very happy on how the final project turned out. However we did have some communication issue's in which Will was difficult to contact on occasion, or took a very long time to get back to us, and he or his crew would sometimes show up unannounced. We did decide to give Will another shot to do some other projects that we had planned because we liked him and his work, but this time the communication was even worse than before. We waited more than two months and still had no idea when our project would start, or the cost of the project. Was very disappointed in Will's lack of communication with us, and because of that we had to postpone our projects because of the up coming holidays and not knowing when Will would have time for us. Didn't want him to show up when we were out of town or just not home. In my opinion it appears that unless you are a large dollar project you will not get Will's immediate attention, which is fine, I understand the man has to make a living, but he really needs to improve on communication and scheduling, especially with the smaller project people."

"I signed the contract for the garage in April 2014.  It took until September to complete the relatively simple construction.  The contractors that were hired for the work (the owners only installed the garage doors) did a good job on each element when they were there.  The price was reasonable and didn't change.  We got a 24x24 two car garage.  The problem was with the placement of the garage initially.  The owner who provided the estimate did not understand the issues associated with where we wanted the garage and we had to move locations twice.  Then it seemed as if work only got performed when I called and pushed for it.  Even then, work was often not performed when requested. <br>Bottom line is the work itself was done well, within cost, and the finished product is good. The management of the job was erratic at best and took months longer than necessary.  I would recommend any of the performers, but would not buy from Affordable Garages again."
