Had to run lines through the attic,and down the inter walls to the New Water Heater. Edgar is very knowledgeable in ALL Plumbing and gas Problems. He listens to every question .you asked!! "Technicians arrived during the designated time. They drained the water heater and noticed a slow leak in one of the water inlet hoses. They changed the hose and completed the water heater work. They did have to come back out and change the drain cap that was leaking. They came back out within the hour and did the work quickly and without complaint."
