But Kyle at Fence Pros Direct was willing to work with me. Accommodating not only a quick start date but coming out 2x's for an estimate as the job changed from the original plans. I can not say enough good things about this company! Kyle my sale rep was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, professional and honest. Jhon and his crew installed the fence in just a few hours on a SATURDAY!!! They were very friendly, very through and very clean. I am so happy with this fence. If your on the fence about hiring this company (pun intended) - please know i am a tough person when it comes to contractors, i hold them to high standards. "I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"I have a bamboo fence attached to wood posts. During one of the heavy wind storms that came through NE the post cracked and pulled down several other posts with it. UFC was prompt in providing the quote but did not follow-up to let me know when the replacement posts he needed would arrive. Luckily I was able to tie the fence temporarily to my neighbors chainlink to keep it from further damage. It was over a month before somebody called to tell me they were ready to do the job. The job they did was perfect -- cleanup not so good. That is, they left the cement pieces / stones / gravel they pulled up dispersed in my tree beds. Another not so good point -- they came and left without telling me. In summary, good actual work but not very attentive to the home owner."

"JJJ and there guys were amazing! From my first call to set up an appointment for an estimate through the very last touch up they were helpful, courteous, insightful, and professional. They treated me like family! We started off with a dismal, dark paneled, living room and a dilapidated sun porch that they redesigned into an absolutely gorgeous new bedroom suite! It was a pretty extensive project that included removing a set of sliding glass doors as well as quite a few windows before installing a new header beam.  They also installed a beautiful new hardwood floor, new windows, and doors! Then they were so helpful when it came to choosing colors and the finished paint job was incredible. I can't wait to have them remodel my antiquated avocado green bathroom in Spring 2015!

"Derek was punctual, courteous, determined and patient.  Everything went "as expected" while he installed the mount to the wall, but when it came time to actually putting the tv onto the mount, he ran into a bit of a "snag".  I know this sounds like a simple task, but removing the tv stand from the tv was probably the hardest part of the install.
There was no obvious way to remove the stand, so after several minutes of both Derek and my brother-in-law doing everything conceivable to remove it, they asked if I still had the manual.  Of course I couldn't find it (even after almost 20 minutes of searching) but I did find the box (which had the model number on it).   So Derek took to the internet.  He searched the entire directory of the company to find out how to remove the stand from a decades old tv.  It was so old that he had to go into the company's archives to discover that in order to get to where the stand was attached to the tv, 3 layers of coverings had to be removed.  I am sure that this install took Derek much longer than he had bargained for, yet he remained pleasant and professional the entire time.
**When I first purchased this Big Deal, I figured the price to be a fair price based on the time and labor I thought the install probably would require.  But considering all the time that Derek was there and all of the effort he put in to ensuring I was a happy customer, I now rate both the price and the entire experience as EXCELLENT.

"Omar's crew showed up when expected and suggested a better/simpler lay-out than I was thinking, They completed the job in two sessions - posts. then mesh/finishing. I watched them work and they stayed at it all day working hard & making sure the post holes were the proper depth in my rocky soil. The 4ft black chain link looks nice and they did a good job of installing it with minimal gaps in the bottom along my uneven terrain. Price was reasonable, in line with the other quotes that I received. My only gripe (I would give another half star if I could) is while they did clean up after the job and took away debris they failed to rake away some small mesh, ties & post cut-off pieces. Not good for the mower so I ended up doing the raking myself. Overall still a nice job though."

"It went great!   Glen and his wife Lisa came out and took measurements, and then created drawings needed to get approval from the town for the permits.   Extensive work was done and it took a couple months in total.    We had them building two dormers and a balcony, reroof the home, install tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, install windows, and then paint inside and out.   It was a complicated process but Glen managed things well.  He has a good crew of workers.   We have referred North American Building to other people with similar results!
