"Matt yusufhanoglu and his company Living colors did a phenomenal job in restoring my 1958 ranch house into a gem. The house was empty and in terrible condition on the inside. With the help of his architect Matt was able to present me with multiple choices based on the open floor plan that I wanted in the main living area. This included tearing down an attached room and building a beautiful sunlit addition that extended the kitchen area and added a sun room. Matt and his site lead Carlos also creatively found space to add a full second bathroom to make the house an efficient 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. I can’t say enough about the quality of the work and the amazing interior design selections such as cabinets, windows, flooring and associated hardware that made this house my dream come true."

Fixed toilet and plumbing in upstairs bathroom that included fixing kitchen ceiling. Fixed plumbing in bathtub shower, replacing hardware and perfectly replacing the tile on the wall. Fixed attic struts. Laid cement step on front porch. Fixed various other little things that needed doing. The house was going on the market and all these things needed to be done on short and tight schedule, and they worked with me and got it done right, explaining everything along the way.
