From the very first email to the last day of the project, Dan kept us informed on the project status made sure that we understood exactly what was going to happen. He was very accommodating with our scheduling requests and finished the project on time without any surprise costs. The corners of the floor molding are the best example of quality craftsmanship I have ever seen on a hardwood floor. The finish was an exact match to the stairs; saving us the added expense to have those refinished as well. Project took less time than estimated - and we had more accessibility to other floors in the house than we thought we would have. "A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"The owner personally came to our home and walked through the area to measure and show us the examples. Once we picked the flooring he quickly provided an estimate. The work team let us know exactly when they would begin work and arrived right on time. The flooring and carpet removal as well as laying the new hardwood was completed in one day. The sanding and refinishing took two days for the final coat of finish and sanding. They did a good job of keeping the dust contained and cleaning up after the job. The crew was polite and courteous and eager to make right any errors or adjustments we requested. We will be going back for any future flooring needs."
