Came and gave a free quote which was extremely well communicated and provided pictures to show the issues we were having. "I paid for a one hundred dollar roof repair. I know this is cheap but they came out and quoted $1100.00 for some tar around the chimney and tuckpointing . Or $2600.00 for flashing. It seems a bit high. I just bought a new 16x7 garage door with a motor, tracks, and three openers installed for $1000.00. Materials--tar and cement compared to a steel door, motor, tracks and openers. So it would be 1000.00 for labor. Maybe a few hours. I know grinding cement is not easy but we are talking about $200.00 per hour. A little high."

"We got several bid from other companies to do the work.  We choose Thunder because they provide a wide range of construction and remodeling services, a true one stop shop.  They were very knowledgable and gave more suggestions then any other company we met with.  Upon starting the work we noticed the professionalism was beyond our expectations.  During all projects they were very clean and concerned about the protection of our home, our neighbors home and our pets.  We are very pleased with the final product of all the projects they have preformed thus far.   We have referred them to our neighbors and they just signed a contract with them as well.  The price wasn't the cheapest but the work was timely and perfect.  We couldn't be more happy with this company."

JZ Roofing recently completed a job to replace a roof.  They patiently explained the estimate, especially the part where additional costs might be involved.  They showed up when they said they would, and completed the work on schedule.  They were excellent communicators, calling the night before they were supposed to come either to remind me, or to inform me that the weather wouldn?t permit it. 

Watching them perform the work was beneficial to me because they inspired me with confidence that they are true professionals who know what they?re doing.

"He gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member. He is a licensed plumber and was able to fix the new steam shower. He fixed an oven. He worked quickly and did almost all of the projects in one day. He might be a little pricey, but he is quick. Let him know ahead of time if he needs certain parts for certain projects. He charges the same fee for his helper and himself. He is knowledgeable. It was a good experience and I will use him again in the future."
