Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. They came out next morning (to the city no less) and installed new unit in a few hours, explained everything and tested and was within estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Have great hot water on demand. Wife is very happy as our old Eternal tankless struggled ever since we moved in 3 years ago. Very happy with the recommended Navien and installation from RA."

They performed a video camera inspection, which I was able to.watch with them. Fortunately, the line was clear, but they made a few recommendations which will be completed at a later date. They also found and corrected two problems that I was not aware of: 1) cleared debris from the sump pump (allows it to work more efficiently) and 2) replaced a damaged fill valve in the toilet (stops leaking and water waste). "June of 2017, our 29 year old A/C unit quite working. It was known prior to contacting Tritan Services. A phone call was made to Tritan on a Monday morning at 6:30AM. Ted returned my call within 30 minutes and scheduled a visit to our home at 9:30AM that same day! Ted and Chad looked at the unit determined all refrigerant charge has been dissipated. It was a high humidity 90°F + day and this was the 1st truly hot week forecasted for the summer. Ted stated that the evaporator coil in our furnace required replacement as well as the condenser coil with a compressor. He quoted a very reasonable price and after installation, that is what is cost. Being an HVAC programmer in the industrial world, people like Ted and Chad unfortunately are a rare type. Knowing he gave a reasonable price and did not take advantage in any way shape or form, the job was purchased. Ted and Chad; removed the existing evaporator coil, condensing unit, picked up the new evaporator coil and condensing unit, installed it and were done by 2PM. There have been ZERO issues. After installation, the thermostat in the house had to be raised 2°F because the A/C worked better than ever and our electrical consumption dropped nearly 20%. Just fantastic service. The humidity in the house is finally being removed properly. This company is a model of stellar customer service, professional knowledge and technical expertise. It is a relief to have a company who can be trusted."

On day one I was very lucky that they had availability within a couple of hours. Kyle took a look at the water heater and when I left him to put his recommendation together, he took the initiative to look around a bit more. It turned out I originally showed him a small water heater that was supporting the radiant heat below my basement floor. More appropriately, Kyle located the main water heater which was the one that needed replacement. Nice job!!
J. Blanton was able to install the new water heater on day two (the following day).  They arrived promptly and drained and removed the older heater and installed the new one within three hours.  I had hot water not long after.  The team of Kyle and Mike were professional, proficient and delivered a job well done.
