"Tankless water heater went on the fritz last Monday. Submitted HomeAdvisor request for quote and Rob called almost immediately. Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. They came out next morning (to the city no less) and installed new unit in a few hours, explained everything and tested and was within estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Have great hot water on demand. Wife is very happy as our old Eternal tankless struggled ever since we moved in 3 years ago. Very happy with the recommended Navien and installation from RA."

"My old hot water heater died, and a friend installed a new small 40 gal tank. But I never had hot water after that. I also had a leaking lead pipe. Patrick came and had to be a sleuth to try to determine the cause of the missing hot water. The tank was too small and not functioning, but the real problem was a crossed pipe somewhere in my 1890 house. He found the pipe location in the basement and put in a shut off valve, which gave most of the house hot water. He also put in a high quality 50 gallon tank, and repaired the leaking lead main. To completely fix the hot water, it will mean opening walls, so we left a small 1/2 bath sink and attic sink to be fixed at a later time (or not....).. This was all around Easter, but he put in long days to get it all done."

"My experience with United Sewer and Drains Corp was very good. Thomas and Victor were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I needed an inspection of my main sewer line. They performed a video camera inspection, which I was able to.watch with them. Fortunately, the line was clear, but they made a few recommendations which will be completed at a later date. They also found and corrected two problems that I was not aware of: 1) cleared debris from the sump pump (allows it to work more efficiently) and 2) replaced a damaged fill valve in the toilet (stops leaking and water waste). I will definitely hire them again for two additional jobs."

On day one I was very lucky that they had availability within a couple of hours. Kyle took a look at the water heater and when I left him to put his recommendation together, he took the initiative to look around a bit more. It turned out I originally showed him a small water heater that was supporting the radiant heat below my basement floor. More appropriately, Kyle located the main water heater which was the one that needed replacement. Nice job!!
J. Blanton was able to install the new water heater on day two (the following day).  They arrived promptly and drained and removed the older heater and installed the new one within three hours.  I had hot water not long after.  The team of Kyle and Mike were professional, proficient and delivered a job well done.

"We actually had called Emanuel Brothers first since their name was on the water heater. But, after the amount of time and money they quoted us I decided to check Angie's. We had John come out and take a look and he told us he could do the same work for almost $800.00 less! I can't say I didn't have some trepidation. First, just how is it possible to do so much less work than we were told would be necessary (we had 2 water heaters. Neither of which worked after nearly 20 years, that had to be removed first to make room). And, for so much less.
