Damian answered immediately and show up the next day on time. Damian was very professional, easy to talk with, polite and immediately knew how to fix my gas leak problem at my basement furnish. My heat was back on in no time and I thank him so much for doing a good job. Meeting Damian for the first time but would recommend to give him a call, I would definitely call Damian again for any other plumbing issues."

"First off, the consult was great. I was able to add services to my initial request and received a deal doing so. I also added a second set of services later that month. Adam and Steve completed the work and were completely professional and super efficient. They answered my questions and made sure I understood the work being performed. They worked with my schedule and were fantastic. I had a gas hook-up for a change from electric stove to gas stove - they even took care of the permits and inspection. They removed an old water access point for the fridge's icemaker that was in an awkward spot. They also added a regulator for the water pressure and water filtration system. Fantastic work all around. Should we need any more plumbing/gas work, I would definitely hire them again."

"I was smelling a burning smell coming from my engine, so I called Elite (we've been customers for about 6 years). They said their schedule was packed that day and the next, but they would fit me in where they could. They under-promised and over-delivered! They were able to take care of my car that same morning - it was finished within a couple of hours of me dropping it off! Turns out when I added oil to my car a couple of days before, I forgot to put the oil cap back on and the oil splashed all over the engine and the cap melted onto the engine (oops!). In addition to the great customer service and outstanding work, they are also great at explaining what the problem is with your car, but not making you feel dumb. As a woman, I appreciate that. They could've made me feel really silly for my mistake, but they didn't - they approached it like any other car problem. I have so many great stories about Elite - they are just fantastic. I've told them in person, but I want potential customers to know Elite provides excellent service at a great price! <br />"

He came to fix my heat and realized that a switch had been flipped, he made some minor adjustments, which got the heat back on line and did not charge me. He has a great sense of humor, has in the past charged me very reasonable rates and is super responsive."

"Very prompt - in fact arrived earlier than the time window given! <br /> We had a list of several things that needed to be done.  A new kitchen faucet installed, two leaks from an upstairs bathroom fixed and a leaky downstairs toilet.  He did the kitchen faucet and leaky toilet quickly and efficiently.  In addition, he took the time to inspect the upstairs bathroom and determined one leak was most likely from cracked caulking, not internal pipes leaking. The second leak was an upstairs toilet seal that needed to be replaced. Easy and inexpensive fixes in both cases when I had been worried they may be expensive and difficult. <br /> Very prompt, very professional, explained how the leaks had happened and what he needed to do to fix them.   <br /> So happy to find a plumber I trust. <br />"
