"They arrived approximately 30 minutes before their quoted time.  Fully explained the process including laying out a color selection for me to choose and got right to work.  It was a cold day but they worked all day with no interruptions.  I was assured that they would do an excellent clean up and they did, including using magnets to pick up any stray nails from the yard and sidewalk.  Richard stayed about an hour longer than the rest of the workers to install the final two shingles.  He presented me with the warranty information before he left around 5:00.  Overall, I am totally pleased with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them. <br />"

"The estimate, ordering and replacement process went exceptionally well. Rich is knowledgable about the products he uses and is not pushy about sales. Rich's two man window team were fast, friendly and professional. The estimate matched the final price. There were no hidden fees. The windows I purchased were made locally. I got the exact windows I wanted at a lower price than I expected. These windows also have a limited lifetime warranty and are practically maintenance free. This job also included wrapping the wood trim around the window with aluminum. The team did a great job on cleanup too. I will hire Triad Installations again. I highly recommend that you quote with Triad Installations before you sign a contract with one of the TV advertising replacement window, doors & siding companies."

"I called Mr. Ammons to determine if he could install a new mail box for me.  During our conversation, I asked  for his advice on what I needed to look for when choosing a new mail box as I had never purchased one before and wanted to ensure that I got something sturdy.  He provided sound advice and the box I chose will last for a long time.   We decided on an installation date based on Mr. Ammons' and my schedules, as well as the weather.  Mr. Ammons suggested that it was better to install the mail box when the ground was not soaking wet.  It was a pleasure to watch a professional who knows what he's doing at work.  Mr. Ammons dug out the old mailbox,  quickly put the mailbox post and the mailbox support together, situated the post, mixed the concrete to secure the post, and filled in the ground around the hole.  He explained that the concrete did not need to set for a long time before the dirt was put back.  Mr. Ammons also leveled the post before the concrete was put in, again after the concrete had set for a bit and then again after the dirt was put back around the post - all to make sure the post would be level.  He made sure the ground around the new mailbox was as close to what it looked like originally as he could.  He also took away my old mail box.   I was impressed with the attention and care  Mr. Ammons gave to my small job -this was no slap-dash installation.  Mr. Ammons did an excellent job and I will be calling him again for additional projects.   <br /> <br /> <br />"
