"Given the excellent reviews of Leicester Garage Door, contact was made via e-mail for a garage door servicing. With a response received within less than two hours after the e-mail was sent, an appointment was arranged with owner Alex Malanka. Mr. Malanka arrived promptly as scheduled. In addition to listening to a description of the performance concerns with the garage door opener and garage door, he observed the operation of the door before performing a thorough lubrication and selective adjustment of the garage door opener to optimize the length of travel of the door and to minimize excess wear on the door opener mechanism. Mr. Malanka expertly explained each action he took so that in addition to seeing and hearing that the garage door opener and the garage door were operating much more quietly and effectively, he provided a base of knowledge as to the ongoing lubrication needs of the garage door to extend its useful life. Overall, Mr. Malanka did an outstanding job for a very reasonable price. For any future garage door opener or garage door maintenance or repair needs, Leicester Garage Door will be the provider contacted and it will be the company unhesitatingly recommended to friends and neighbors in the Asheville area."
