"Harker Heating And Cooling is the best HVAC contractor we have ever worked with in 40 years. Their web site proudly says they are an “honest company with Midwestern values.” That is absolutely true. Their representative provided in-depth advice, answered our questions. and returned our messages. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, careful, and friendly. They were on time, on call, and on budget. The service they provided for us over the years could not be better. So when the time finally came to replace our old furnace and A/C we selected them. Unfortunately, they encountered many unexpected problems installing our new equipment. Many more than they had anticipated for the job. But their representative pledged to address every one of them no matter how hard it was for them or how much of their time it took. And that is exactly what they did. No quibbling and no questions. They got the job done right. If you want an honest family contractor who stands behind what they do, and lives by those Midwestern values, then this is the company to hire. You will be glad you did. "We needed someone to come out to find the cause of the horrible sewage odor from our mound system. I went onto Home Advisor and found Badgerland Plumbing and called at 3:40 in the afternoon but figured late afternoon on a Friday would not be a good thing. As soon as I explained to Jared what my concern was, he said he would be out in 25 minutes, showed up on time and worked until he could assure us we were in no danger. He checked everything and replaced a leaky water fixture in the basement that he felt was allowing odor from the new pump that was just installed in our mound system to enter the house. He explained everything he was doing, was courteous, friendly and asked that we call him the next day to let him know if the problem was resolved. We couldn't be happier and yes, I will hire them again. Thanks Home Advisor & Jared from Badgerland Plumbing."

"

I inherited a property that had it's share of trauma.  I had no idea of where to start or what to do, I thought I had my work cut out for me. A friend mentioned PLM and my husband remembered their ad on the back of our church bulletin. In one phone call I was told when I could expect help! My first meeting with PLM and they came to work in full force. I was greeted by the estimator, general contractor, and full work crew.  They started immediately! They are so knowledgeable. No one every thinks about the service professionals that clean up messes that we don't know how to deal with. They do it all... full service cleaning from the toilets to the ice cube trays in the refrigerator. They drywall, paint, spackle, remove carpeting, install new carpeting and flooring.  What ever you need, out with the old in with the new! They have samples of carpeting and counter tops, there's no need to chase all over town.

During all of this activity the one thing that was most noticeable to me was how EVERY employee told me how wonderful their boss is. I felt like I was on an episode of undercover boss. This shows in their work, it pays to surround yourself with great people!

Please don't hesitate to give them a call Josh, Randy, Dale, Mark and Jim(the Boss) are the best!
