"Terrific experience. Scheduling was easy. My technician, Guy, gave me a call ahead of time, hit the time he said he'd be here and was courteous and efficient. I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. We may want to look at a new system this summer to avoid a major problem during a future heating season. I will definitely be talking to Sila."

The technician came on time and promptly inspected the unit. He reported that the capacitor had blown, and told me that he had a spare back in his van. "everything they did was excellent, their techs are highly trained, they work quickly and the end product for the install looks and works great. They have an annual maintenance contract that covers checkups in the spring for A/C, and the fall for the furnace. Never seen a more thorough report after each checkup. The office staff is very responsive and knowledgeable about all of their services, overall I would say they run a really great operation."

"It has been awesome. We had a wonderful experience with them. If we had any questions, we could just pick up the phone and call them, and we are always able to talk to somebody. I would recommend them highly. We looked into different plans. We looked at plans for renting or leasing or other features under awning. I think they are a little high, but I think for what we got, the price was reasonable. Obviously, we took the plunge and did it because they were guaranteeing us zero electric bills and eventually, the fact that we would be selling electricity back to the electric company and that we would be making our money back over a period of time. Everything they told us was correct. That is all happening. I think the initial sticker price was a little shocking, but we are recouping our money."
