Brandon came out and measured the kitchen and identified a light switch and plug that needed to be repositioned on the wall. Luis came in and did an excellent job installing the new stone. The new sink, faucet, and cooktop were a perfect fit. The area was cleaned very well when the job was finished. Scot came out to the house to replace our whole flood light assembly with a fixture we purchased from an outside vendor. Scot found that the light in the package was not the light on the box. "I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."

"Happened 1/7/2018 and waited for contractor to begin-when I was told might go into April start date,I called Custom Built and Painted and spoke to Matt Steinhilber. I couldn't believe it when he said he could estimate the following day and start the following Monday. Mr. Steinhilber did everything he promised and much more. All the problems of moldings,bumps and holes were addressed and he was brilliant with paint color. Helped a very indecisive person make a decision.
