"I have been using Jim @Appliance Pro for over 15 years. Jim has kept my 35 year old washer and dryer working like new. He has also repaired my oven and dishwasher! He will make sure and explain any questions you have about the repair. I very rarely post reviews, but I know how frustrating it is to try and find a repairman you can trust! I'm posting this review because Jim should be recognized for going above and beyond to help his customers!"

"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"Fantastic job! Tommy was friendly and courteous. He performed his job with the utmost professionalism. He cleaned up and disinfected the area where he cleaned out or mainline. He also cleaned the continuous drain line and 2 downspouts. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I already have!!"

"Techncian was professional. Impressive and thorough knowledge of my washer. Great attitude. I was able to wash clothes again while awaiting the part I ordered. 5 star service"

"We had mold like stuff on the rubber ring of washer that was creating a bad smell and couldn’t be cleaned off. Chris replaced the the ring and cleaned out the gunk around it and the smell went away. Very professional and was in and out quickly. We would use Harwell’s Appliance Repair service again."

"It went very well.  He did a thorough inspection and only found two things that need replacement or fixed.  He fixed one and the other I decided to defer to afterr the Holidays (garbage disposal needs replaced).

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."
