"Tommy did a great job. He is very friendly and professional. The man has the patience of Job. I misled him to the wrong faucet and he started his work. He discovered it was the wrong outlet, repaired what he had started and then moved to the correct outside faucet to complete his work. He never complained or got upset. I would have him back in a heart beat!"

"Not much to tell. Plumber showed up and fixed all 6 faucets in 20 minutes. The cost was $60 for the service call and $60 for the part of the hour to fix the faucets. I assume that the the second $60 would have covered up to an hour's labor, but the repairs were finished quickly. Parts were $7.10 which surprisingly was about what I would have paid if I bought them myself. Overall a pleasant experience."

"Dublin Plumbing LLC did an outstanding job. They were quick, accurate, responsive, and a pleasure to work with.
Our older home was not properly plumbed under the kitchen sink, which caused issues with water backing up into the right sink from the left sink when the garbage disposal was run. In addition, the sink started draining very slowly. At that point, we contacted Dublin Plumbing LLC, and they promptly came out and provided an estimate for the extensive work that needed to be done to correct the problem.
They were able to schedule our job several days later. They showed up on time. Jim was present on-site to oversee the work most of the time. The installation of the new drain, vent, faucet & garbage disposal all went well.
They were able to access the drain pipes below in the basement by neatly cutting access panels in the back of a built-in cabinet. They replaced the access panels, and they don't look like they were ever cut.
When they discovered that they needed a bigger piece of equipment to clear the clogged drain under the basement floor that the kitchen sink drains into, they promptly scheduled this for early the next morning, and they quickly got that drain cleared.
We also had a clean-out plug stuck in the basement floor for the main line. They drilled it out and replaced it with a new plug.
After all of the work had been completed, Jim followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied.
Jim, Aaron, Chad & Chris all worked on our project. It was a pleasure to have them work in our home.

"I truly enjoyed having Gary work on our project and I plan to hire him in the next few months to do my kitchen remodel. What sets him apart from the rest is his integrity. When he tells you he will call or come over, he does it. His price is his price and all receipts are documented. The quality of his work is excellent!
I did wait over a month for Gary to work on my project, but he is well worth the wait. (Frankly, I take that as a good sign that he is busy because that means he is very good.) He contacted me twice during the waiting period to let me know how far out he was from my project and then called me the week before he planned to start it. "Used an Angie's List "Big Deal", so the service was pre-paid.  The Plumber called that day to schedule replacement.  He showed up on the scheduled day, EARLY! (Plumbers never show up early).  He was super courteous- He and his helper wore booties over their shoes all the time they were in the house.  The installation and removal of the old unit was totally transparent.  They went right to work and did their job.   The next day, Mr. Stephens telephoned me to follow-up and make certain I was happy.  A nice touch."

"They were very professional. They came out and tried to snake my kitchen sink. They weren't able to do so and said they needed to install new drain pipe. They quoted me with one days work and ~1k. They were a second opinion because Benjamin Franklin tried to charge me 3k! They were beyond friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns. The drain pipe was installed within a day!! "Jim & Ben were on it... and the den now looks great! It was a dark worn wood look and now it's fresh and beautiful! Fantastic job! Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! Jim even came back after the job was completed to touch-up and make it extra nice! Please, take our advise, get a quote from Jim BEFORE you give the job out...you won't be disappointed:)"
