He discovered it was the wrong outlet, repaired what he had started and then moved to the correct outside faucet to complete his work. He never complained or got upset. I would have him back in a heart beat!"

"Not much to tell. Plumber showed up and fixed all 6 faucets in 20 minutes. The cost was $60 for the service call and $60 for the part of the hour to fix the faucets. I assume that the the second $60 would have covered up to an hour's labor, but the repairs were finished quickly. Parts were $7.10 which surprisingly was about what I would have paid if I bought them myself. Overall a pleasant experience."

"I had a leak at the joint where the hot tap water hose connects to the pipe in my upstairs bathroom sink.  I tried to replace the hose but the leak had been there for awhile and the joint was very corroded.  When I tried to remove the joint to replace, it caused the connection from the pipe to the joint behind the wall to come loose, and that caused a leak behind the wall.  At this point I was freaking out because I'm an amateur at plumbing, and something I thought would be a simple hose replace turned out to be a huge disaster.  I called Joe that night, which was after hours, and he came out early the next day.  I was not at home when he came out, but my boyfriend said he was very nice and priced everything fairly.  After a $25 coupon, from Angie's List, the price was only $155.  That included him making a trip to the store and purchasing the parts, and installing them.  He also put a washer in the drain to fix a leak from a previous plumber's error, and flushed the facet out, because I caused debris to clog it when I was trying to fix it on my own.
My experience with the first plumber was why I decided to try and fix it on my own to save money.  JBC plumbing made me feel a lot more confident that I was not getting ripped off, and he was very nice and understanding.  If I have any future problems with the plumbing in the house I won't hesitate to call Joe again, I would recommend him to anyone.

"Very prompt and professional plumbers both on the phone and in person.  Originally we were scheduled for a Wednesday but they worked me in on Tuesday since I already had the day off, which I really appreciate.
My house was built in 1960 and didn't have water shutoff valves under two sinks.  I had them add those to the water lines for those sinks and replace a faucet.  However, one of the pipes broke (which happened on a different sink with a different company too) because of corrosion on the pipes so they had to create an access in the closet behind the sink and fix that pipe as well.
They even had a very nice little access cover for that which looks really good.  Most plumbers just knock a hole in your wall and leave it like that.
I bought a deal offered for $79 for $200 worth of labor, so my final bill was 301 since I already paid the $79 to Angie's list.  $501 for all the work that was done was a great price in my opinion and the quality and customer service was amazing.
I didn't really have a go to plumber for my needs before, but I do now.  I'll be using them again in the future.

When he tells you he will call or come over, he does it. His price is his price and all receipts are documented. The quality of his work is excellent!
I did wait over a month for Gary to work on my project, but he is well worth the wait. (Frankly, I take that as a good sign that he is busy because that means he is very good.) "They were very professional. They came out and tried to snake my kitchen sink. They weren't able to do so and said they needed to install new drain pipe. They quoted me with one days work and ~1k. They were a second opinion because Benjamin Franklin tried to charge me 3k! They were beyond friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns. The drain pipe was installed within a day!! "Jim & Ben were on it... and the den now looks great! It was a dark worn wood look and now it's fresh and beautiful! Fantastic job! Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! Jim even came back after the job was completed to touch-up and make it extra nice! Please, take our advise, get a quote from Jim BEFORE you give the job out...you won't be disappointed:)"
