"BEST CONTRACTOR EVER! The project included an exterior ramp, 1st fl laundry & 1/2 bath near the kitchen. I needed the ramp done 1st for an elderly person being released from physical rehab in under a wk. He worked very hard through the worst days of the smoke from the Canada forest fires. He understood ADA requirements and built accordingly. Plus, he suggested things I hadn't thought of like widening the mudroom doorway for a wheel chair if needed in the future & raising the mudroom floor just a little to keep it level with the kitchen floor. The ramp is very sturdy. The senior is using it with great confidence. The interior revamp went very well & was just what our senior needed. Not only did he have the project done in a timely manner, but while walking through Lowes he noticed a stackable washer & dryer 20% off, unopened box. He texted me & we grabbed it! Dave not only knows the construction business but goes above & beyond what's needed and he has a good heart."

"The whole installation of a new shed went very well.  Two guys came early in the morning and started to assemble the shed.  They made sure that the area where I want the shed built is where I want it to be.  It's really nice to see how a shed gets built piece by piece and it shows the many years of experience these guys have in building sheds.  The shed looks nice and sturdy.  I believe this shed would last for many years.

"Second floor bathroom remodel including removal of tub, tile, vanity, flooring, vent stack demo, install exhaust fan.  
Several years ago I replaced the furnace with a high efficiency  powered vent furnace.  The only item using the central house flue was the hot water tank.  By replacing the hot water tank with a powered vent I was able to reclaim the vent stack as living space.  This enabled a larger vanity to be installed and will enable a larger first floor vanity to be installed later.
Tub, tile, floor and vanity removal went well.  Kept the carpets outside the bathroom clean and dust in the house to a minimum. Wall demo to reclaim the vent stack went equally well.
Rich was good at communicating with us so that he understood exactly what we were after.  We went and picked out the vanity, counter top and flooring.  He picked up these items and helped pick out the tub, lighting fixture and exhaust fan.
Remodeling never goes exactly according to plan and we had a few minor setbacks such as having to travel farther than expected to get the correct hot water tank and some unseen water damage to the subfloor.
Installation included new shower fixtures, sink fixtures, re-installing toilet, new water cutoffs, electrical for new fan and individual switch, light fixtures, flooring, paint and hvac vent covers. 
Rich communicated  his schedule well and when things didn't go as planned.  Entire project took a week.
Looks GREAT!  If I had to get really picky, I could complain that some of the brush strokes in the paint may have been short.
The plumbing under the sink had a minor drip and after calling him that night Rich was out the next morning to fix it.  What more could you ask?
Rich and his crew are an earthy bunch of guys who have been doing this a long time.  They had a new guy they were training with them and never gave the new any slack.
Good price, great customer interaction, and I don't have to clean that miserable grout ever again!

"They did come out and my husband really liked them.  He was very professional and he was very impressed with him.  He was reasonable, but we ended not doing the work at the moment and when we decide to do we will go with them.  He listened to my husband's ideas instead of telling him to do something, whereas we had people tell him not do that and do this.  He did give some suggestions, which we felt were right, but when my husband told what he wanted to be done; he listened and advised how it could be done.  He knew exactly what and how it we wanted things.  He was very friendly and personable.  He seems very good and his responsiveness was excellent.  He was early for the appointment and called before he came, as he was in the area and wanted to check if he could come.  I would definitely tell anyone to use him."
