"Kap did a great job all around. I originally had him come out to assess why the water heater wasn't working (no hot water). He determined that the unit (15 years old) needed to be replaced. He also pointed out that the system is not up to code and some extra work would be required. I asked if he would be able to do the new install and asked if he could do it sooner than later, as cold showers for days (even one more) would not be fun. He ended up coming back out same day - about 6pm - with all parts and the new unit. He stayed until 11pm! to get the job done. Kap is fantastic. He's knowledgeable, professional, and very nice person. Highly recommend."

"Called the main number and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and easy to work with. Was looking to have a 50 gallon hot water heater installed, 2 drains snaked and a new faucet installed. She booked my appt for the next day. Zam came to the house to provide us the quote and even offered to do half the job then and come back in a few days to do the hot water heater. "Vince told me outdoor spigot could be repaired and did not need to be replaced which saved me money. He also replaced a vanity faucet which I provided. He was quick, efficient and honest. The most important thing was he discovered a serious problem with the way my water heater was vented. The exhaust pipe had been cut wrong and glued together. It was ready to come apart and could have vented carbon monoxide into the basement. (We do have CO detectors but this is still scary) We had this water heater installed a couple of years ago by another well known local firm that I don't know if I can name here. It did fail inspection by Howard County 3 times after initial install. Failure was all related to the vent and probably should have never passed. Anyway, by pure luck it was discovered and fixed.
