They communicated multiple times about time and date (reminders leading up to the day) and when I showed up he was already complete with the drone footage and doing his inspection space by space. He was thoroughly knowledgeable and very kind and personable. He eased a lot of concerns and then sent over a 13 page report with photos and directions. It was amazing and totally worth the money for peace of mind Amin this whole process. I will be using their services a few more times for this and Ronnie laid out the next phase and who would be doing what. Overall, it was really great. Highly recommend!"

"We are so pleased with the replacement of seven large windows in our home. The workers arrived on time and were very professional. They put down floor cloths and covered all of the furniture. All of the debris was removed, and the new windows cleaned of smudges. What a difference it has made in our home. We plan on ordering more windows later this year. The biggest plus is they are a family-owned company operating in the greater Houston, Texas area. The windows are custom made in a facility in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Texas. "We were VERY impressed with Advanced Window Products. Their salesman was professional and came it at a very reasonable price, the man who measured the windows also led the team that installed the windows. They took down and then put up the window treatments as part of installing the windows. They put down tarps and covered furniture before taking out the glass. We were impressed with the technique they used to remove the panes. They used a propane torch to heat the adhesive and carefully remove each window panes until enough panes were removed that the whole window could be taken out of the frame. With rare exception was a pane of glass broken. They were neat, tidy and efficient. The installation was put to the test recently when our area received upwards to 10" of rain in an hour for many hours, not a single window leaked. We are pleased with the quality and look forward to finally having a house that will be cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We would recommend Advanced window products to anyone interested in window replacement. We had a wonderful experience with them, they are true professionals."

The job was managed to perfection with Scott arriving at 6:30am the day of the install and not leaving until 7 pm when his crew finished. "We had 33 windows replaced in mid July when it was 100 degrees +. Our job was slated to take them 2 days. Tim and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They worked non stop and got finished in 1 day which was amazing to us in that kind of heat. Tim and his crew are very professional and did a spectacular job paying attention to detail. Tim is honest and reliable and cares about his customers. He does what he says. We are very happy with the job and we love our new windows. "Everyone at ARC Glass was very professional and courteous, especially the lady who took our order over the phone. They were prompt and got things done as soon as possible. We had to replace a broken window. They came to measure, then a few days later with a new piece of glass. Unfortunately, the glass was 5/8 of an inch too small on one side, so somebody messed up somewhere. But they were very apologetic, installed that glass and taped the gap, and immediately re-ordered the glass. They were back with it a couple of days later, and this time it fit, and they did a good job replacing it. They cleaned it thoroughly, which was nice. We felt they gave us a very fair price. Apart from the one mistake, our experience with them was positive in every way, and we would definitely use them again and recommend them."
