Upon my approval to purchase and have the water heater installed, it was not an all-day process. Daniel had to leave to go and retrieve the agreed upon water heater and when he returned with the water heater and other parts needed for the installation, Daniel was able to install the water heater in a very short time. Price was a bit on the high side for the industry, but compared to the other estimates or recommendations received, I feel the decision to use ALLGOOD PLUMBING was the best decision. "Andy, the certified plumber from Henson Mechanical HVAC & plumbing, was very punctual. I was told to expect a plumber between 8 am until noon, and Andy came at 9:30 am. He was very friendly and got right to work installing a new 40 gallon water heater. The job only took him about two hours. After he completed the work, he showed me how to re-light the pilot light if it ever goes out and explained what he replaced. He also, free of charge, helped me remove an old cartridge from the shower in my master bathroom since my shower had been dripping. I had already bought the new cartridge at a big box store, and he was happy to install it for me. There were no other "catches" to the deal for the new water heater I bought through Angie's List, for which I was very glad. I would highly recommend Henson Mechanical HVAC & Plumbing and would call them again for any plumbing needs. <br />"

"Work was completed but the woodpecker deterrent was not installed as quoted. Within 8 months more damage was done to the chimney face. Work and deterrent was supposed to be warranted. I have repeatedly called and left voice messages (no one ever picks up the phone) and sent emails requesting a representative to come out and relook at the problem. No one has returned my calls. I had one reply to an email promising someone would stop by to look at the problem but no one ever came to the house. All work is "guaranteed" but I guess once they made the initial repair and received payment that they don't really stand behind their work. Beware of hiring this company because if there is any problem with the work they will not respond and try to rectify the situation."

He was very friendly and very knowledgeable, cleaned up after the job, made sure the appliance was working properly, and offered to assist if there were any issues with the dish washer or his workmanship. he was extremely conscience of his work and took a lot of pride in doing the job well. We will definitely be calling him back for other projects that require a pro."
