We replaced a regular window in our home with a 7 foot bay window, which is beautiful and we absolutely love it. My one complaint was that a hole in the wall underneath the window was left following the installation, as well as some cracks, which were patched with a foamy substance but not a proper smooth plaster repair job that could be painted. We had to take care of that repair ourselves. Otherwise, my experience was very positive."

The only issue was that they had problems getting one of their suppliers to provide a custom sized replacement garage door in a timely manner. This delayed fully completing the job by about a month while they found a different supplier. However, they were generally very responsive with communication and the work quality was good so I would not hesitate to use them again."

"This company provides excellent customer service! We bought a home in 2016 that included a pool house awning installed by Sondrini Enterprises in 2013. It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. In the spring of 2024, the awning motor seemed to again be broken. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem. These folks are smart, competent and reasonably priced! Would have no issue using them again!"

"I bought Pella windows for my home after being shown how easy they were to tilt in to clean the exterior. I was not able to do it so I watched the videos on-line and still was unable to do it. I called Pella and had to wait an hour to actually speak to a person and was told I would have to pay $79.00 to have a Pella staff come to my home to show me how to do it. I was shocked that I would have to pay to have someone come to show me how to tilt the windows in so I got a friend come and show me how to do it. My hands are not strong enough to tilt them in myself even though I have seen how to do it, so I am terribly disappointed I invested all that money in windows that I cannot clean myself. Don't buy Pella windows. They will charge you to show you how to clean them and they will tell you they are easy to tilt in to clean when that is not the case. I regret having bought them."
