"I hired Triad Mechanical to replace two heating and air conditioning systems. In general, I am happy with the work that was performed. However, there are two issues that would make me think twice before hiring them again. First, the work took longer to perform than I was anticipating. This was an issue for me because the air-conditioning was out on my upper level, and I have three young children at home. Second, the technicians did not do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Among other things, I found screws and cigarette butts in the driveway that I had to clean up. This does not detract from the quality of the work, but it does make me question the professionalism of this company."

"I called R.Wiley, Heating and Air, and Leonard came out right away. Rather than immediately telling me that I needed to replace the system because it was so old, he searched first what the problem could be. He replaced a part, but it turned out that this was not going to work very well because my furnace was just too old. It helped a bit but it was only a temporary fix to keep the furnace going for a while longer. We then decided that I would have to replace the system. He did NOT charge me for the part or for the service call! The price he quoted for a new system, was very reasonable, and on top of that, he gave me a discount because I am a service contract client. Then, two days later, because of the very cold weather, my system decided to quit altogether on Saturday morning. I left a message on Leonards phone asking if they could come out the next Monday to install the new furnace instead of the Tuesday we had agreed on. He called me back a few hours later and told me that they had made some arrangements with the supplier of the furnace and that they would COME OUT THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS A SUNDAY!!!! They installed the system on Sunday and in the evening my house was comfortably warm again! This is amazing service that you don't see very often! It made me bless the day I signed the service contract with R. Wiley Heating and Air a few years ago! I Can really recommend this company for its courteous, friendly, and professional service!"

"Their receptionist or their scheduling person was a little snippy with me on the phone. They came out and didn't have the right ladder to service the office building. They were supposed to come back out. They said they were going to have the scheduling and call me. It's the end of business day on Monday and I still haven't heard anything from them. They could be more proactive in scheduling. Their customer service in the office could be a little more customer service oriented."

Jerry came out the next day and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was gloved masked and had booties covering his shoes before entering my home. He was very knowledgeable and made a number of no pressure recommendations and system additions that I didn't feel compelled to have installed. Jerry's approach was more as a consultant vs service person. I like this and would use Cool Air in the future."
