We were without water for less than a day thanks to Doug.  I cant begin to tell you how professional he is, he took the time to explain why this occurred, what would prevent it in the future, and what to expect going forward.  With Doug, everything is above board, and there are no hidden costs.

"This is our 4th or 5th time using No Frost Heating and Air and we are always satisfied. We knew we'd have to pay about $18k-$22k to replace our dual-zone heating and air conditioning units based on what our neighbors recently paid so we weren't surprised when No Frost quoted $20,500 before $2k in rebates. "Our oil furnace/HVAC could not be repaired. We purchased a new unit, the install went well thanks to two professional technicians from Delaware. Our issues began after a visit from an inspector arrived 6 days later. He wouldn't listen to any question and replied "If I answer that, I have to charge you!" We have no idea what he did to the new thermostat, new oil furnace, and/or to the AC condenser. We reported it within 6 days when the outside temperature was in the 80's. Today a technician was scheduled between 8am-12noon. I was told he would be a little late...Another call advised that he needed to be replaced with a technician that is knowledgeable about "Oil furnace/ HVAC systems"??? We are now at the mercy of a longer wait time and hope someone will show up today with the temperature rising in our home. Praying that all will be corrected at no additional cost to us."

"$99 diagnostic fee to identify the problem (two wires in the condenser were rubbed out from vibration and touching each other, which shorted the system, causing the thermostat to not turn on), plus $240 to put two pieces of electrical tape on them... Very professional and knowledgeable, but the actual repair portion of the price seems steep considering the nature of the repair. No new parts were installed or replaced."
