Mike was very knowledgeable and focused on diagnosing the problem, which was not a leaking pipe, but instead was a loose stopper stem, which he replaced. "I would give 10 stars - the whole experience was great. We had dreaded going through the process because past experience with HVAC contractors had us conditioned to expect a lot of stress. However, TE Certified was fantastic from start to finish. The first technician who came to diagnose the problem was really good, exactly on time and very knowledgeable. He immediately recognized the issue and explained it clearly, offering several options for how to deal with it. We chose to replace the unit, and the next day the estimator came out. He was really good as well, giving helpful information and offering several options and prices that would work for us. He was also exactly on time, very friendly and not pushy at all. When the installers came to do the work, again they were exactly on time. Both installers were very friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and spent time showing us how to use the new thermostats.
