"My experience with Rooter ProXpress was excellent. John came out to pump my septic tank after RooterPlus refused to pump my system because my plumber was snaking my basement toilet and replacing the wax seal. John provided great service and consultation on steps to take to ensure my septic system is operating as it is intended. Prompt and professional service."

"We had some issues with our septic system after we moved into our house. We dealt with one company that unprofessionally estimated the cost of repairing/replacing our system. We sought a second opinion from Pumpco. They precisely estimated the cost of the installation and did not exceed their quote. They set a schedule and completed the work as they said they would. They are well organized and have a great staff. From Steve, the owner, who has a vision to support the local community, Joe with a massive 6-6 frame who has delicate machinery skills, and Amanda who coordinated it all with her bubbly personality. Pumpco exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them. Sean and Paula of Duluth"

"Discovered a hole in the yard near septic tank when it was time for the tank to be pumped. Bowen's pumped the septic tank and diagnosed a collapsed outlet pipe as the problem. I received a no-pressure quote for the repair. Bowen's returned about a week later and completed the repair. The price I was quoted, was the price paid. There were no surprise charges and the work was done quickly. Gabe and David arrived timely both times and were courteous and efficient."

"Communication - Excellent! Matthew was prompt and courteous in staying in touch regarding appointment time and arrival time. Price - Competitive and transparent. I asked for an "on the rim out the door" price with no last minute pitches for things that should be part of the service. Price was as quoted to pump, clean filter and inspect. I did opt for a bacterial additive that I was NOT pressured into purchasing. I just figured if it made any difference in keeping the drain field from having issues it was well worth it. Included three-year monthly additive supply. Quality of Work - extra careful to check for water line into the house, thorough in the pump out and carefully replaced the dirt and raked the area. Of course, I will need sod but that just goes with having a septic system pumped regardless of who does it. Friendliness - everyone in the crew was friendly and courteous, like they were your neighbor."

"They did a good job cleaning out our septic. I felt is was a bit of an overcharge of about additional $800 for powe washing out the line between the two tanks and the line into the drain field. I felt it was necessary so I approved it anyway. The rest of the service was great."

"Joe was very professional and attentive to my needs. I’m not very knowledgeable about septic tanks but he informed me through the process and everything is fixed. I am referring him to a friend and anyone else I know that needs services! Thank you Green Septic Clean!"
