"They did a phenomenal job at fixing my Dishwasher. We though it was a simple fix, but they ended up finding a bigger issue, got the parts for it, and repaired it in a timely manner. After they left I found a minor issue left unnoticed after the repair was complete, and they happily came back to fix it. I will be using them in the future if I need any appliances repaired."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Throughout the summer, we've had him come out and do our lawn bi-weekly. On the initial visit, he took the time to ask exactly how we wanted it done and has maintained the same quality of service over the whole summer. He is approachable, kind, understanding and has an excellent attention to detail. We are hiring him for a number of other services around the house and wouldn't choose anyone else!

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."

"Excellent service, the repairman was very nice and professional he was done in less than fifteen minutes."

"my washer machine needs a new mother board, which I'm still waiting to come in, it shouldve already come this past thursday and now i gotta wait a few more days, I'm not liking this at all."
