Complete Basement Systems provided an excellent quote for both short term and long term solutions while staying at a reasonable price. The crew that did the actual repair did a great job and were very professional. As far as customer service, it could’ve been better. We were put on the list to complete our project sooner if time opened up. However, we were only given 1 business day (not even a filled day) notice. Also, while I put the caller on hold to see if we could adjust our schedules with such short notice, she proceeded to tell her CO-worker how crazy it was the SHE was put on hold. I didn’t appreciate that. Also we received various calls throughout the process and most of them were towards the end of the business day. This is fine, but it does take longer to resolve issues when notified at the END of the day without an opportunity to call back to resolve said issue. Overall, good experience. I’m happy with the end results."

He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
