"I had a breach in my main drain. I spoke with Kari on the phone and we discussed my options since I knew I needed a repair. Blue frog sent out a plumber(Ray W) and he confirmed my breach location and depth with his main drain camera. We agreed to a fair reasonable price and expected time to repair the line . They came out fixed my problem at the fair price and at the agreed upon time. Kari in customer service and Ray W plumber were professional and courteous and I would recommend Bluefrog plumbing to anyone."

"Arrived on time, very nice, very professional. He first looked with a camera (in both directions) where he found a large paper blockage. He then snaked the drain and did something most do not do.... he re-scoped it to be sure the job was done right with the camera. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing concerns!"

"The plumbing technician, Tyler Herriage, was able to arrive very quickly, inspect the damaged tile, bathroom faucets and pipes, water heater, and water meter, and determine that the water damage was not due to a leak this time. He was knowledgeable explaining the types and signs of leaks and I appreciated his honesty advising that there was not evidence a costly pressure test or camera run was needed."

"Rick came out very quickly and was able to work with my schedule. He camera and located my sewer line and completed the repair. Nice guy, good value for the money. Will be keeping as a close contact for all plumbing needs in the future."

"Andrew Caraway is the gentlemen that came out to do the repairs. Unfortunately due to the age of the toilet, the parts he had on the truck were newer products. He researched where the correct parts were located, picked up the parts and finished the repair in one visit. He did an excellent job and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. He has a great personality and we new he could be trusted. This is my 2nd experience and I would call them again."

"All three of the repairmen they've sent out on various calls have done great jobs, but Devan definitely put the most effort into figuring out why our shower is leaking. He was the most analytical in his approach and we feel he really went the extra mile. We're still testing his theory, But, the bottom line is, we probably need to replace the quarter-century old fixtures. I would definitely have him out again in the future!"

"I needed to have a gas line run from the attic to the kitchen to convert from an electric to a gas stove and found Force Home Services through Home Advisor. Based on my experience, I recommend them highly. What should have been a straightforward permit process got more complicated due to my development being new. Mandy from Force Home Services took charge of getting the issue resolved, communicated with me to keep me updated and patiently responded to each of my inquiries. The folks who answer the phone were always pleasant and also responsive. No long waits on hold! The technicians that came to provide the quote, responded to run the gas line and finally to install the stove after the permit inspection all were on time, personable, seemed skilled and again, patiently responded to all of my questions and concerns. If I have plumbing needs in the future, I will definitely contact Force Home Services."
