"My home is on a crawl space so when Chris, Mike And Jake got there they had to disconnect plumbing from water heater and softner then remove water softner to get to the rotted floor. Once floor was removed they noticed that some venting that went to the furnace had become unattached probably due to the rotten floor. They reconnected the venting to the furnace, reinforced the floor joists, put new flooring and linoleum. Had to re-plum the water heater, put the water softner back and re-plum it. These guys did an AWESOME job, they made a horrible mess look brand new it looks and works great. This was an all day job these guys worked really hard knew what they were doing and got the job done. I would not hesitate to hire Chris and his crew from Changes Unlimited for any remodel or repair I have in the future, they can do anything! "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
