"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

"We had three local cabinet companies give us a bid for all new custom kitchen cabinets and dining room built-in wall of cabinets. Tony at European Cabinets was the best value of quality to price that we found. Tony helped us through the the design of the cabinetry, and was patient as we changed our minds a couple of times about a couple of elements (like the color of wood, shape of island, etc.). Once he started to build, there were also some challenging issues as he had to build the ceiling-height cabinets around ducting that had previously been in a soffit. These issues were handled very well, both structurally and aesthetically. His motto was always: " I want you to be happy" and he never cut corners. The cabinets turned out beautiful and we could not be more pleased. All the built-in appliances fit beautifully around the cabinetry, so his measuring was perfect.
