"Those guys are true professionals. They were very responsive. They returned my initial inquiry call quickly and provided all the information that I was interested in. They quickly arrived for an estimate and did not pest me with emails or phone calls during the period of time while I was still shopping around. Their estimate was the best (I surveyed 3 different companies). At the end of the day I did not pay a penny extra from what they estimated. That is, they did not try to sell anything additional or play dumb (as others do) by saying.. They were focused on what they were doing, they were quick but not rash, they didn't do any small talk they just did the job. That's it. We had a strong rainfall the same evening. While I haven't yet had a chance to see the full effect (not tested with strong thunderstorm), it looks like he did a solid job quickly with cleaning gutters (not sure why gutter cleaning not an option under HomeAdvisor) and without hassle (despite HomeAdvisor's poor customer service - long story). I highly recommend him as he knows what he's doing and worked hard in the hot sun. He may be a new service, but worth a shot. Will go to him if we need it done again."

"I have been in the remodeling industry for most of my adult career and I am 53-year-old woman. I was a general manager for a local home-improvement company for 15 years. I would ve loved to have had Mitch and his helper work for me. From our very first communication with Mitch, all throughout the job, and completion, he was respectful, accurate, and a master craftsman. He did not take the path of least resistance in anyway shape or form. He had a hard time getting the old fence posts out.This was not an easy task. He had to take down and remove a very old fence and work around an oddly shaped configuration. He also had to tie into the neighbors property on three sides. Everyone is delighted with his workmanship. We have him coming back to do a few smaller jobs. And I do believe at least two other families have contracted him for jobs. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, workmanship, and he has a great sense of humor! It was very refreshing experience. Oh and I never once felt like he could not be trusted if I was not home. 5 Stars all the way!"
